They never saw the stairs on Monday.  Security would not let them or something like that. 

Three hours later. Everything is upstairs (divided the platform into 4 pieces after removing screws & glue). Big thanks to Lance & Mike who tried multiple staircases with the heavy piece… helped Walter with disassembly & really went above & beyond the effort of a typical delivery.

We are about to accept the space at ZO Lounge, and I feel it’s necessary to compliment your company’s personnel.  The Space is stunning by design but also in no small part by your firm’s attention to detail.  I would like to commend your Project Manager Mark Sutphin and your Field Superintendent Gary Gilbert for the way they interacted with the designers in bringing their vision to light.  We all appreciate quality workmanship, and this is shown throughout your finished product.

Harbor Chase Fairfax
