Tysons Corner, VA
General Contractor: HITT Contracting
Architect: OPX
When Hilton transitioned its business model to include Park Hotels & Resorts a second headquarters was needed to showcase the style and hospitality experience of its new Resort.
The process began with the creative talent of OPX Architects. Their thought-based creativity started with a schematic design during the building selection process, eventually settling on a 30,000 SF space in sought-after Tysons Corner. The team of HITT Contracting and Gaithersburg Architectural Millwork were tapped to work with OPX to bring their architectural vision to life. Part of this vision was to create a stunning and welcoming lobby reminiscent of hotel entries, the lobby and reception featured cork-and-foil backed glass panels downlit by cove lighting, enhancing reflectivity and setting the first impression. The Park brand echoes throughout the space with the distinctive logo repeated in custom metal screens and on display in other finishes. A show-stopping board room takes advantage of the view. A large array of materials was used throughout the space to maintain balance with aesthetics. This beautiful yet luxurious space showcases the experience of the Park Hotel & Resorts hospitality.
