Carolyn Fletcher

Accounting Manager

Carolyn Fletcher is the Accounting Manager at Gaithersburg Architectural Millwork where she oversees all the aspects of the accounting department. With over 35 years of experience with multiple construction and general contracting firms that specialized in the construction of commercial/government/retail space and high-end homes and retail accounting.

She has a diverse background and is capable of multi-tasking. During her tenure she has been involved in many areas of the business including payroll, billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, job costing, purchasing, vendor relations, human resources, employee training and troubleshooting software.

Outside the office, she loves being at home with her family and two horses, enjoys being outdoors and taking long walks through the surrounding countryside where she lives and being at the beach.
