Assistant Production Manager

Wes was born in Northern Virginia, and learned wood working at his father’s side building solid cedar blanket chests and jewelry chests.

He spent 7 years working for an old school contractor in Loudoun County doing millwork on belt driven machines and restoration work in the historic old towns, before moving to a modern shop in Sterling Virginia where he spent the next few years.

For the next 25 years he worked in the solid surface field. His first work was cutting and building Corian tops by hand and then moving on to working with the CNC equipment.

Wes joined Gaithersburg Architectural Millwork 3 years ago on the shop floor and has progressed to the Pre-Production department building cabinets virtually before sending them to the floor for production.
