The repositioning of Terrell Place required an architectural firm with vision and creative talent. The property owner required an unprecedented amenity space to create tenant experience. The Architect, Gensler embraced the surrounding area in their design. This was a must to transform the historically significant Terrell Place into a modern office building suited to top-tier tenant demands. The repositioning called for a conferencing and reception area, a wine bar, game area, and fitness studio. With the vision set in place the team of HITT Contracting and Gaithersburg Architectural Millwork brought this vision to life. Once completed we moved on to work in the newly acquired home for Facebook that would make use of the amenity spaces just completed.
